Hari Mirch Tikka by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (tikka pieces) 4
  • Raw Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Green Chilli Paste 4 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Papaya Paste 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp
  • Garlic Paste 1tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder& Mint 1 cup

 

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, roasted cumin seeds, chaat masala, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, and leave it for 2 hours.
  2. In a wok, heat oil add raw tomatoes paste.
  3. Then pour the chicken pieces, cover it for half an hour.
  4. When they are tenders, remove from the stove.
  5. Now add butter, green chillies and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Hari Mirch Tikka is ready.
