Ingredients:
- Chicken (tikka pieces) 4
- Raw Tomatoes ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Green Chilli Paste 4 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Papaya Paste 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tsp
- Garlic Paste 1tbsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder& Mint 1 cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, roasted cumin seeds, chaat masala, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, and leave it for 2 hours.
- In a wok, heat oil add raw tomatoes paste.
- Then pour the chicken pieces, cover it for half an hour.
- When they are tenders, remove from the stove.
- Now add butter, green chillies and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Hari Mirch Tikka is ready.
