Hariyali Chewra Pakora by Chef Gulzar in Dawat on Masala TV

Ingredients:

  • Gram Flour                         300 grams
  • Chewra                             ½ cup
  • Garlic Paste                         1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Onion                 1
  • Red Chili Powder                     1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder                     1 tsp
  • All Spice Powder                     ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder                     1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Coriander             ½ bunch
  • Finely Chopped Green Chilies         2-3
  • Oil                                 for fry
  • Salt                                 to taste

 

 

Method:

  1. Take 300 grams of gram flour, 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tsp of all spice powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, ½ bunch of coriander, 2-3 finely chopped green chilies, and add to taste salt mix it well to make a batter
  2. Now the chewra mix it well.
  3. Now take a cooking pan add oil, heat the oil in a low flame.
  4. Take it out in a tissue paper when its absorb it.
  5. At last serve with sauce or chutney and serve it.
