Haryali Chicken Boti
Ingredient:
Boneless Chicken (cubed) ½ kg
Coriander Leaves (ground) ½ cup
Green Chilies (ground) 8
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
All Spice ½ tsp
Cream ½ cup
Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tsp
Method:
Marinate chicken boti with all the given ingredients for 2 hrs. Put on skewers. BBQ or bake or fry. Give dum of coal. Serve with onion rings and lemon.
