Haryali Kabab by Shireen Anwar

Haryali Kabab
Ingredients:
Mince (grinded twice) ½ kg
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Green Chili Garlic Sauce 3 tbsp
Raw papaya 1 tsp
Egg yolk 1
All spice 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp for frying
Bread (soaked) 1 slice soaked in
Water ¼ cup
Method:
Mix all above together and chop well. Leave it for 1 hour. Put on skewers. Remove and pan fry. Give dum of coal. Serve garnished with onion rings and tomato slices and lemon wedges.
