Ingredients for Base:
Brownies crumbled 2 cups
Nutella ½ cup
Ingredients for Filling:
Cream cheese 200 gms
Whipped cream 200 gms
Castor sugar ½ cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Gelatin 2 tbsp (dissolved in ¼ cup water)
Coffee 1 tsp (dissolved in 1 cup water)
Nutella 4 tbsp
METHOD FOR BASE:
Mix brownie crumbs with nutella and press down in an 8 inch loose bottom pan.
METHOD FOR FILLING:
Beat together cream cheese, castor sugar and lemon juice. Mix in dissolved gelatin and fresh cream. Divide mixture into 2 portions. Add dissolved coffee in 1 and nutella in second. Put coffee mixture in brown base. Leave it to set for 30 minutes. Top with second nutella mixture and leave it to set. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate decoration. Serve chilled.
