Ingredients:
- Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
- Green Chilies (ground) 8 – 10
- Ginger (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
- Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
- Yogurt half cup
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Crushed Red Pepper 2 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Karahi Gosht Masala 1 tbsp
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies (chopped) 4
- Lemon Juice 2 -3 tbsp
- Ginger (julienned) for garnishing
- Oil ¾ cup
Method:
- Heat oil fry chicken for 10 mins, Add in all the spices cover and cook for 15 mins.
- Lastly add ginger julienne chilies and leave it on Dum.
