HOISIN CHICKEN BY SHIREEN ANWAR

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless cubes 300gms
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1tbsp
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • INGREDIENTS for Gravy
  • Capsicum Julian 1
  • Spring onion chopped ½ cup
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies chopped 4
  • Chopped Green Onion 2
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Stock ½ cup
  • Corn flour 1 tsp heaped

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with soya sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar and corn flour, shallow fry and remove.

  3. Mix together chicken stock vinegar hoisin sauce and corn flour, heat oil add chopped garlic, chopped green onion, thai red chilies, capsicum and prepared sauce with chicken cook till thick remove.
