Ingredients:
- All purpose Flour ½ kg
- Eggs 2
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Unsalted Butter 1 cup
- Margarine or Clarified Butter 300 grams
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a mixing bowl add ½ kg of all purpose flour, add 2 eggs
- Add 1 cup of butter, 1 tsp of baking powder, water
- Add to taste salt mix it well make a soft dough.
- Then make small balls.
- Take 1 roti margarine or clarified butter
- Add another roti roll it with help of rolling pin swirl the roti and then margarine or clarified butter and roll it.
