Homemade Samosay ki Patti

Ingredients:

  • Flour 250 gm
  • White flour 250 gm
  • Cumin seed 1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add in 250gm white flour, 1 tbsp cumin seeds,
  2. Add 4 tbsp clarified butter and salt in 250 gm flour.
  3. Mix everything together and knit it into dough.
  4. Spread it with the help of hand and make a big roti out of it.
  5. Then cut them according to your required shape.
