Ingredients:
- Chicken wings with skin ½ kg
- Flour 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Oil for fry
- Salt 1 tsp
- Honey ½ cup
- Barbecue sauce ½ cup
- Sesame seeds (roasted) 2 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
Method:
- Chicken wings cut in two pieces then add salt and garlic powder mix .
- Now coat in eggs and flour and fry for 6 to 8 minutes and set aside .
- Then in pan roasted sesame, honey, garlic powder.
- Add barbecue sauce, and 1 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes .
- Now fold chicken wings and serve it.
