Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken 300 grams
- Corn flour 3 tbsp heaped
- Egg white 1
- Salt half tsp
- Black pepper half tsp
Ingredients for sauce:
- Onion (cubed) 1 small
- Capsicum (cubed) 1 small
- Carrot (cubed) 1 small
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Salt half tsp
- Black pepper half tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt pepper, corn flour and egg white, and fry keep aside.
- Heat quarter cup oil in wok adds onion fry for 2 min.
- Add all the vegetables with sauces and seasonings.
- Add chicken toss well.
