Ingredients:
- Boneless fish cubes ½ kg
- Corn flour ½ tsp
- Egg white 1
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Oil to fry
- INGREDIENTS for Stir Frying
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion ½ cup
- Spring Onions ½ cup
- Crushed red pepper
- Oil ¼ cup
- INGREDIENTS for Sauce
- Samba oleak 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce ½ cup
- Chicken stock ½ cup
- Vinegar ¼ cup
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate fish with salt, black pepper, egg white, corn flour and oil for 30mins shallow fry fish keep aside.
- Method for Sauce
- Mix Samba oleak oleak, soya sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, sweet chili sauce and stock, heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, spring onions crushed red pepper prepare sauce, cook till thick, add fish with spring onions on top.
