HOT AND SPICY FISH BY SHIREEN ANWAR

Ingredients:

  • Boneless bekti cubes ½ kg
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Chili oil 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp heaped
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Ingredients for Sauce
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Chili oil 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Green chili chopped 1
  • Sweet chili sauce ½ cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

 

Method:

  1. Marinate fish with salt, chili powder, chili oil, corn flour, mix well and deep fry for 5 mins, remove, heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add 2 tbsp chili oil, crushed garlic, when light golden add chopped onion, chopped green chili, sweet chili sauce, salt, chicken powder, crushed pepper, chili garlic sauce.
  2. Then add fried fresh pieces with half cup water lemon juice sugar toss well and remove.
