Ingredients:
- Boneless bekti cubes ½ kg
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Chili oil 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp heaped
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Ingredients for Sauce
- Oil ¼ cup
- Chili oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 chopped
- Green chili chopped 1
- Sweet chili sauce ½ cup
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
- Marinate fish with salt, chili powder, chili oil, corn flour, mix well and deep fry for 5 mins, remove, heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add 2 tbsp chili oil, crushed garlic, when light golden add chopped onion, chopped green chili, sweet chili sauce, salt, chicken powder, crushed pepper, chili garlic sauce.
