Ingredients:
- Talhar Chili Paste ½ cup
- Garlic Cloves 5-6
- Crushed Black Pepper 1/2tsp
- Onion 1
- Tamarind Paste ½ cup
- Oil 1-2tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First take a cooking pan add 1-2 tbsp of oil fry 5-6 crushed garlic cloves and onion
- Add sauté the onions, add1/2 cup of Talhar chili paste roast the paste then add a pinch of salt mix it well
- Now add ½ cup of tamarind pulp mix it well in a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients .
- Now add it into the cooking pan again cook 1-2 minutes .Hot chili sauce is ready.
