Hot Chili Sauce by Chef Gulzar at Dawat

Ingredients:

  • Talhar Chili Paste  ½ cup
  • Garlic Cloves  5-6
  • Crushed Black Pepper   1/2tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tamarind Paste ½ cup
  • Oil   1-2tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

 

 

Method:

  1. First take a cooking pan add 1-2 tbsp of oil fry 5-6 crushed garlic cloves and onion
  2. Add sauté the onions, add1/2 cup of Talhar chili paste roast the paste then add a pinch of salt mix it well
  3. Now add ½ cup of tamarind pulp mix it well in a blender.
  4. Blend all the ingredients .
  5. Now add it into the cooking pan again cook 1-2 minutes .Hot chili sauce is ready.
