Hot Pickle Salad Recipe by Chef Gulzar at Dawat

 

Ingredients:
Finely Chopped Red Chili        2-3
Cucumber Pickle            2
Chili Pickle                3-4
Finely Chopped Capsicum        Half
Finely Chopped Carrot            1
Finely Chopped Spring Onion        2-3 sticks
Finely Chopped Garlic            3-4 cloves
Crushed Black Pepper            1 tsp
Vinegar                2 tbsp
Worcester Sauce            2 tbsp
Olive Oil                1 tsp

Method:
take a 2-3 finely chopped crushed red chili,2 cucumber pickle, 3-4 chili pickle, ½ finely chopped capsicum, 1 finely chopped carrot , 2-3 strands  finely of spring, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper , 2 tbsp of vinegar, 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, mix it well into a salad and take it out in a serving platter. Now add 1 tsp of olive oil , heat the oil add 3-4 garlic cloves and lightly fry the garlic and pour on the salad and serve it.
