Ingredients:
- Chicken wings half kg
Ingredients for sauce:
- Butter 2 oz
- Hot sauce quarter cup
- Garlic powder quarter tsp
Ingredients for seasoned flour:
- Flour half cup
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Chili powder half tsp
- Garlic powder half tsp
- Paprika Powder half tsp
Method:
- Wash chicken wings and dry well.
- Mix all the seasoning in flour, coat chicken wings in this flour keep in fridge for 15 min.
- Then deep fry.
- Until light golden for 20 min.
- Coat in cooked sauce serve immediately, sprinkle with coriander leaves.
Sauce method:
- Mix all together in sauce pan, cook for 2 – 3 min.
