Ingredients:
- Chicken (boneless) 500 grms
- Garlic (crushed) 2 tsps
- Ginger (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Oil/ Ghee 1/2 cup
- Onion (chopped) 1 medium
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Whole Red Chili dry 6-8
- Black Pepper 5-6
- Clove 2-3
- Tara Garam Masala 2 tsps
- Green Chili 4-5
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Ginger 2 tbsps
- Fenugreek Leaves 1 tsp
- Fresh Cream 2 tbsps
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, fry chicken with onion, whole dry red chilli, cumin seed, clove, black pepper corn till light golden brown.
- Add garlic, ginger, yughert, all spices and cook untill chicken is done.
Now add Taara garm masala, ginger sliced, lemon juice, fenugreek leaves and green chillies and leave it for 2-3 mints for dum. - Dish it out and garnish with fresh creme, serve with naan or paratha.
