Ingredients:
- Mutton ½ kg
- Potatoes ½ kg
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- White Sesame 2 tbsp
- White Cumin ½ tbsp
- Chopped Onions 2
- Ginger, garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Curry Leaves few
- Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Green Chilies 1-2
Method:
- Roast white sesame and white cumin and grind.
- Then in a skillet put mutton chopped onion turmeric red chili powder salt and oil and let it cook when meat is tender add green chili roasted and grinded masala.
- Cook peel potatoes and fry in frying pan add in a salan add tamarind juice and curry ,eaves and let it cook when oil a highet then serve with rice.
