Hyderabadi Mirch Gosht By Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Green Chiliess 10
  • Curry Leaves 4
  • Onion 2
  • Tamarind Pulb ½ cup
  • Peanut (roasted ) 4 tbsp
  • Coconut 4tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red ChilI Powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup

 

METHOD:

  1. In a blender, blended cumin seeds, sesame seeds and peanuts.
  2. In a pan, heat oil add green chilies and fry, take it out.
  3. Now add onion and fry.
  4. Then add yogurt, tamarind pulb, curry leaves, masala powder, ginger garlic, red chili powder and fry.
  5. Add boiled meat and cover it 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. In the end, add green chilies and removes from the stove.
