Ingredients:
- Mutton ½ kg
- Green Chiliess 10
- Curry Leaves 4
- Onion 2
- Tamarind Pulb ½ cup
- Peanut (roasted ) 4 tbsp
- Coconut 4tbsp
- Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red ChilI Powder 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder 2 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
METHOD:
- In a blender, blended cumin seeds, sesame seeds and peanuts.
- In a pan, heat oil add green chilies and fry, take it out.
- Now add onion and fry.
- Then add yogurt, tamarind pulb, curry leaves, masala powder, ginger garlic, red chili powder and fry.
- Add boiled meat and cover it 10 to 15 minutes.
- In the end, add green chilies and removes from the stove.
