Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1kg
- Curd 1 cup
- Oil 1cup
- Finely chopped mint 1 bunch
- Onion 1
- Black pepper 4
- Cloves 4
- Lemon 4
- Cardamom 6
- Almonds 6
- Green chilies 6
- Black cumin 1tsp
- White cumin 1tsp
- Poppy seeds 1tbsp
- Red chili 1tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Clarified butter 2tbsp
- Cooked chickpeas 2tbsp
- Raw papaya 3tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Firstly roasted chick peas , Poppy seeds,black cumin ,white cumin
- Add small cardamom ,almond ,black pepper and cloves mix and grind fine .
- Now in a woke .beef mince ,spices powder ,yogurt, raw papaya paste
- Add red chili ,ginger garlic paste and salt add and leave to half an hour .
- Then add oil mix and leave to cook .
- When mince water dry then add Clarified butter and leave on dum and keep some coal for smoked.
- Finally dish out and surrounding set with onion rings and lemon
- After this fine cut mint and fine cut green chili add and serve with paratha or Rogani naan.
