Ingredients:
- Tamarind pulp 1 cup
- Dates 15 soaked and de seeded
- Brown sugar ¾ cup
- Water 2 cups
- Lemon salt ¼ tsp
- Black salt ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger powder 1 tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a pan except black salt and cook until thick for 20 mins.
- Remove and blend.
- Add black salt, corn flour 1 tbsp and re cook for 2 to 3 mins.
