Ingredients:
- Mint Leaves 1 bunch
- Tamarind Paste 1 cup
- Whole red chili 6
- Green chilies 6
- Garlic cloves 6
- Jaggary 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a blender, add in some water and 1 bunch mint leaves,
- Add 6 green chilies, 6 whole red chilies and 6 garlic cloves and grind them.
- Add in 1 cup tamarind chutney, salt and 1 tbsp jaggery.
- Add the paste in the sauce pan and cook it.
- Imli and Podinay ki Chutney is ready to be served.
