Imli aur Podinay ki Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Mint Leaves 1 bunch
  • Tamarind Paste 1 cup
  • Whole red chili 6
  • Green chilies 6
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Jaggary 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. In a blender, add in some water and 1 bunch mint leaves,
  2. Add 6 green chilies, 6 whole red chilies and 6 garlic cloves and grind them.
  3. Add in 1 cup tamarind chutney, salt and 1 tbsp jaggery.
  4. Add the paste in the sauce pan and cook it.
  5. Imli and Podinay ki Chutney is ready to be served.
