Imli Ka Sharbat by Chef Gulzar in Dawat Masala TV

 

Ingredients:

  • Tamarind                                  250 grams
  • Ginger Paste                                 1 tsp
  • All Spice Powder                            ½ tsp
  • Sugar                                     ½ cup
  • Crushed Black Pepper                         ½ tsp
  • Lemon Juice                                 ½ cup
  • Mint Leaves                                 ½ bunches
  • Black Salt                                 1 tsp
  • Salt                                         as required
  • Ice Cubes                                    as required

Method:

  1. Take 250 grams of tamarind soak into water.
  2. When it’s soft then separate it with seeds.
  3. Take a blender add tamarind pulp and water blend it and strain it with cloth.
  4. Add 1 tsp of ginger paste, ½ tsp of all spice powder, ½ cup of sugar.
  5. Add ½ tsp of crushed red chili, ½ cup of lemon juice, ½ bunch of mint leaves, 1 tsp of black salt.
  6. Add salt mix it well and blend it again.
  7. At last add as required mix it well and serve it.
