Ingredients:
- Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 1 tbsp
- prawns ½ kg
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Carom seeds ¼ tsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Spring onion sliced 1 cup
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate prawns with tamarind paste, lemon juice.
- Add chili powder, salt, 2 tbsp oil, heat ¼ cup oil in a pan.
- Add ginger julienne, carom seeds, cumin seeds, fry for 1 min, add marinated prawns.
- Cook for 1 min until done.
- Add fresh coriander, spring onion and serve.
