Imperial Chicken By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 5 tbsp
  • Roasted coriander crushes 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Yogurt half cup
  • orange color a pinch

 

Method:

  1. Mix all together leaves it for few hours, deep fry until done.
  2. Serve with paratha.
