INSTANT CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH TOPPING

INGREDIENTS:

Flour                                      1- ½ cup

Sugar                                      1 cup

Oil                                            ½ cup

Cocoa Powder                       2 tbsp

Cream                                     ½ cup

INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING

Condensed Milk                  ½ cup

Cream                                   1 cup

Vanilla Essence                    ½ tsp

Ice Cream                              2 cup

Almonds (roasted)               ½ cup

METHOD:

For making chocolate cake add 1- ½ cup flour, 1 cup sugar, ½ cup oil, 2 tbsp cocoa powder and ½ cup cream and mix it properly. Now put it in a bowl and bake it in the microwave for 6 minutes.

For making topping, beat 1 cup cream, ½ tsp vanilla essence and 2 cup ice cream in a bowl.

Now put it on the prepared cake and put it inside with the help of a stick so that the cream soaks properly. In the end put roasted almonds and serve.
