Irani kabab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless                        ½ kg
  • Ginger paste                                 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder                      ½ tsp
  • Salt                                                  1 tsp
  • Green chili (chopped)               1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes                                      4-5
  • Oil                                                    for frying
  • Onion                                             1
  • Garlic paste                                  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder                         1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce                                      2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander                           ¼ bunches
  • Potatoes                                        3
  • Black pepper                                as required

Method:

  1. In a copper boneless chicken, ginger garlic paste and large onion add
  2. 2 to 3 times stir spoon and mixture roast well
  3. Now add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and soy sauce add and mix well and then make long kabab .
  4. Now in a pan heat oil and fry long kabab and fry potatoes and fry till than golden brown
  5. Then add chopped onions, tomato few salt and black pepper mix and cook till than soft .
  6. Finally sprinkling green coriander and delicious irani kabab serve with naan and chutney.
