ITALIAN BAKED FISH

Ingredients:

 

  • Fish fillet ½ kg
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Cream ½ packet

Method:

 

  1. Marinate fish fillet with salt both the peppers and lemon juice.
  2. Put bread crumbs in a bowl season with salt pepper, parsley, parmesan cheese, paprika, mix herbs and garlic powder.
  3. In another bowl, add cream and egg and beat together, spread flour in a dish, grease oven proof dish with oil, coat fish in flour then in egg and cream then in bread crumbs put in a baking dish bake for 20 mins until golden.
  4. Serve immediately.
