ITALIAN CHICKEN BAKE
Ingredients:
Butter 2 oz
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Chicken thinly sliced ½ kg
Milk 2 cups
Cream 200 gms
Salt 1½ tsp
Black pepper 1 ½ tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
red chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 4
Boiled pasta 2 cups
Cheddar cheese 1 cup grated
Pickled cucumber sliced 2
Jalapenos pepper clicked 2 tbsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Method:
Heat oil and butter. Add crushed garlic with chicken. Fry till chicken done. Add all the seasonings flour, milk. Cook till thick. Spread pasta in a greased casserole dish. Add chicken mixture on top. Topped with grated cheese, mixed herbs. Bake on 180 degrees for 20 mins. Serve with garlic bread.
