Ingredients:
Mince 250 grams
Salt ½ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Onion (chopped) 1
Corinader (chopped) as required
Green Chilies as required
Egg to coat
Bread Crumbs to coat
Cheese (grated) to coat
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Oregano Powder ¼ tsp
Thyme Powder ¼ tsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Method:
Add all the ingredients in the mince and mix well. Leave it for ½ an hour. Make cutlets , dip in egg, roll in bread crumbs and cheese then shallow fry and serve
