Japanese Katsu Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Breast 2 flatten
  • Salt 1 /2 tsp
  • Red Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
  • Flour 2 tbps
  • Egg 1
  • Imported bread crumb as required
  • Ingredients for sauce
  • Mayyaonise 4 tbsp mix with 2 tbsp lemon juice

 

Method:

  1. Flatten boneless breast marinate with salt, pepper, spread in flour.
  2. Dip in beaten egg.
  3. Coat well in bread crumbs press it very well with the palm of your hand, so it became thin and big.
  4. Deep fry in a fry pan till crisp and golden on medium flam on 12 – 15 min.
  5. Remove cut into strips drizzle with sauce serve as an Appetizer.
