Ingredients:
- Milk 2 litre
- Full Cream Milk 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Khewra Essence 1 tbsp
- Saffron 1/2tsp
- Khoya 1 cup
- Yellow Food Color 1 pinch
- Silver Leaves as required
- Almonds 100 gms
- Pistachios 100 gms
- Bread Slices 2
- Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Method:
- In a pan, add milk , saffron, yellow food color,bread slices and cookon slow flames.
- When dries water, add sugar.
- Then add khoya, full cream milk,almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder and khewra essence.
- Now take it out in a dish, garnish with silver leaves.
