Jhat Phat Rabri

Ingredients:

  • Milk 2 litre
  • Full Cream Milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Khewra Essence 1 tbsp
  • Saffron 1/2tsp
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Yellow Food Color 1 pinch
  • Silver Leaves as required
  • Almonds 100 gms
  • Pistachios 100 gms
  • Bread Slices 2
  • Cardamom Powder ½ tsp

Method:

  1.  In a pan, add milk , saffron, yellow food color,bread slices and cookon slow flames.
  2. When dries water, add sugar.
  3. Then add khoya, full cream milk,almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder and khewra essence.
  4. Now take it out in a dish, garnish with silver leaves.
