Ingredients:
- Boils eggs 6
- Oil half cup
- Fenugreek seeds half tsp
- Whole red chilies 4
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Curry leaves 10 – 12
- Garlic 2 tsp
- Green chilies 2 – 3
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Tomatoes puree 2 tbsp
- Tomato choparized 3
- Coconut milk half cup
- Coriander leaves 2 – 3 tbsp
- Turmeric half tsp
- Onion chopped 1
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic, fenugreek seeds, button red chilies, white cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
- Add in salt turmeric chili powder, tomato puree, and choprized tomatoes
- Fry well until oil comes top then add coconut milk add boil eggs, coriander leaves green chilies.
- Leave it on Dum for 5 min serve with Naan.
