Ingredients:
- Ladyfingers ½ kg kg
- Lemons 2
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Oil ½ cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash the lady finger and dry them.
- Take some oil in the pan, add in lady fingers and keep on stirring.
- When the water dries, add in 1 tbsp crushed red chili, 1tsp turmeric and 1 tsp white cumin and cook it.
- Add in lady fingers and 2 lemon juice, 2 chopped green chilies and some salt.
- Jhatpat Bhindi by Zubaida Tariq is ready to serve with hot parathas.
