Ingredients:
- Fresh Prawns 1 packet
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Oil 1 cup
- Lemons 2
- Green chilies 2
- Tomatoes 4
- Chopped green chilies 4
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Black peppercorns 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp white cumin and 1 tsp black peppercorns.
- Grind them. Take some oil in the pan and add in prawns.
- Fry them and take them out.
- Add in the sliced tomatoes, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Add 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp white cumin, 1 tbsp coriander seeds and 1 tsp black peppercorns.
- Add in the fried prawns and cook it.
- Add in green chilies and lemon juice.
- At the time of serving add in 2 tbsp ginger and 1 bunch green coriander.
- Add in salt and serve hot.
