Jheengon ki Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Prawns     1 packet
  • Chopped green coriander            1 bunch
  • Oil           1 cup
  • Lemons                2
  • Green chilies      2
  • Tomatoes            4
  • Chopped green chilies   4
  • White cumin      1 tsp
  • Black peppercorns           1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste           1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds               1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger                2 tbsp
  • Salt         to taste

Method:

  1. Take 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp white cumin and 1 tsp black peppercorns.
  2. Grind them. Take some oil in the pan and add in prawns.
  3. Fry them and take them out.
  4. Add in the sliced tomatoes, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Add 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp white cumin, 1 tbsp coriander seeds and 1 tsp black peppercorns.
  6. Add in the fried prawns and cook it.
  7. Add in green chilies and lemon juice.
  8. At the time of serving add in 2 tbsp ginger and 1 bunch green coriander.
  9. Add in salt and serve hot.
