Ingredients:
- Chicken (cubed) ½ kg
- Green chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 2 chopped
- Chopped onion ½ cup
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Gram flour ½ cup
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Rice flour 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, add in the chicken cubes.
- Leave it to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Then deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve with spring roll sauce.
