Jujeh kebab by Tahir Chaudhary

Jujeh kebab:

INGREDIENTS:

500 grm chicken( thigh pcs)
4 tbsp plain yogurt
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil/ cooking oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
1/2 tsp cumin seed crushed
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp saffron essence
1 tsp Taara garm masala
6 cloves garlic chopped
1 large onion, sliced
2-3 tomatoes, (cut into half)

To serve:

Lemon (cut into half)
Bread, rice ,noodles.

Method:

In a bowl stirr together yughert, lemon juice, oil, onion, salt, black pepper,
cumin seed,turmeric, saffron essence, Taara garm masala and garlic.
Add chicken and marinate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Now arrange chicken pcs on skewers along with tomatoes, and grill on charcoal
or bake in oven or cook on stove in a frying pan.
Serve hot with lemon.
