Kabab Qeema

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince (machine grinded)   1 kg
  • Fry onion                                             1 cup
  • Raw onion                                           2
  • Nutmeg                                               ½ tsp
  • Mace                                                     ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder                              2 tsp
  • Papaya                                                 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic                                       1 tbsp
  • Egg                                                         1
  • Whole coriander                              1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin                                  1 tbsp
  • All spice powder                               1 tsp
  • Salt                                                         1 tsp
  • Yogurt                                                   250 gram
  • Roasted gram flour                         4 tbsp
  • Oil                                                           1 cup
  • Coal                                                       1
  • Onion ring                                           as required
  • Mint                                                      as required

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in mince and leave for 2 hours.
  2. Now heat oil add mince and saute on high flame.
  3. When water gets dried then give coal smoke.
  4. Then take out in dish and serve with onion ring and mint.
