Kababish Karahi

Ingredients:

 

  • for Kebab
  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 3
  • Onion chopped ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Bread 1 slice soaked in water
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Egg ½ beaten
  • Ingredients for Gravy
  • Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. METHOD FOR KEBAB
  2. Put all the ingredients in a chopper and grind until smooth, make into oblong kebab, keep aside.
  3. METHOD FOR GRAVY
  4. Remove skin of tomatoes and blend, heat oil, add cumin seeds and chopped onion, fry till soft
  5. Add ginger garlic paste, all spices, blended tomato puree
  6. Cook till oil comes on top, add ½ cup water with kebabs, cover
  7. Cook for 10 mins, garnish with green chilies and chopped coriander leaves.
