Ingredients:
- Chickpeas (boiled,mashed) 200 gms
- Cottage Cheese (mashed) 100 gms
- Potatoes (boiled, mashed)3
- Finally chopped Onion ½ cup
- Gram Flour (roasted) 1 tbsp
- Red Pepper (cushed) 1 ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds (roasted, crushed) 1 tsp
- Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tsp
- Penko Bread Crumb as required
- Oil for frying
- Egg 1
Method:
- Mix all together except bread crumbs make into tikki roll into bread crumbs
- Deep fry till golden brown. Serve with chatni
