Kabuli Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas (boiled,mashed) 200 gms
  • Cottage Cheese (mashed) 100 gms
  • Potatoes (boiled, mashed)3
  • Finally chopped Onion ½ cup
  • Gram Flour (roasted) 1 tbsp
  • Red Pepper (cushed) 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (roasted, crushed) 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp
  • Penko Bread Crumb as required
  • Oil for frying
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. Mix all together except bread crumbs make into tikki roll into bread crumbs
  2. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve with chatni
