| Kewra essence | few drops |
| Condense milk | as required |
Method:
In a bowl add 250 gm khoya with 250 gm paneer to mix with hand. Then add as required condense milk and few drops of kewra essence to mix. Then make balls from mixture and coat with 1 cup dry milk and refrigerate it. Dish it out and serve.
