Kalay Chanay ka Salan

Ingredients:

Black chickpeas (boiled)                                ½ kg

Whole coriander                              1 tsp

Fennel seeds                                     1 tsp

Cumin                                                   1 tsp

Garlic                                                     4 cloves

Ginger                                                  1 piece

Onion                                                    1

Tomato                                                                250 gram

Salt                                                         1 tsp

Boiled eggs                                         4

All spice powder                               1 tsp

Green coriander, green chilies   as required

Oil                                                           ½ cup

Method

Blend tomatoes, onion and all other spices in a blender. Now heat oil and saute spices well. Then add black chickpeas and cook for 15 minutes. Now take out in dish put boiled eggs, green coriander and green chilies then serve.
