Ingredients:
- Mutton liver ½ kg
- Onion 1 medium
- Oil ¼ cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Boiled tomatoes 2
- Coriander leaves as required
Method:
- Cut ½ kg mutton liver into slices, also cut 1 onion into slices.
- Heat ¼ cup oil in pan, add sliced onion and fry till golden brown.
- Now add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add liver slices and fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Add 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and 2 chopped tomatoes. Fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Now add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
- Remove lid, fry well over high flame till water dries. Serve hot.
