Ingredients:
- Liver 1kg
- Tomatoes 250 gms
- Yogurt 250 gms
- Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
- Red Chili (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- White Cumin Seeds 1tsp
- Mustard Seeds 1tsp
- Green Chilies 4
- Ginger Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Corinader Leaves ½ bunch
- Fenugreek Seeds 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- Marinate liver with lemon juice .
- Now in a pan, heat oil add Tomatoes, Red Chili, Salt, White Cumin Seeds, Mustard
- Fenugreek Seeds, Garam Masala Powder and fry.
- Now add liver and fry on high flame.
- After this, add yogurt and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- In the end, add Corinader Leaves, Green Chilies and serve.
