Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Crush black pepper 1 tbsp
- Roasted and crush coriander 1 tsp
- Cumin roasted and crushes 1 tsp
- Green chilies 8
- Coriander leave ¼ cup
- Ginger finally julienne 2 tbsp
- Clarified Butter ¾ Cup
Method:
- Heat ghee, Add ginger garlic and chicken fry for 10 mins.
- Add in salt crushed black pepper, yoghurt, fry well.
- Cover and cook till chicken tender.
- Lastly add roasted and crush coriander cumin, coriander leave green chilies, ginger sliced serve hot with Naan.
