Kali Mirch Karahi By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Crush black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Roasted and crush coriander 1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted and crushes 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 8
  • Coriander leave ¼ cup
  • Ginger finally julienne 2 tbsp
  • Clarified Butter ¾ Cup

 

Method:

  1. Heat ghee, Add ginger garlic and chicken fry for 10 mins.
  2. Add in salt crushed black pepper, yoghurt, fry well.
  3. Cover and cook till chicken tender.
  4. Lastly add roasted and crush coriander cumin, coriander leave green chilies, ginger sliced serve hot with Naan.
