Ingredients:

  • Gram lentil 1 cup
  • Yellow lentils ½ cups
  • Green chilies 3
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
  • Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
  • Onion chopped half cup
  • Crush red pepper 1 tsp
  • Hot oil 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushes 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sambal Oelek 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil for deep frying

 

Method:

  1. Soak both the daal separately for 4 hours.
  2. Grind them along.
  3. Transfer the daal paste in to bowl add in all the ingredients , mix well with your hands beating well for 10 mins.
  4. Heat oil for deep frying fry Vadas on medium heat till light brown.
  5. Drain after 15 mins, cut the vadas in 2 pieces each re heat oil and deep fry till golden brown serve with any chatni.
