Karahi Maghaz by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Mutton brain 4
  • Onion 1 ½ cup chopped
  • Tomatoes 3 chopped
  • Yoghurt ½ cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric quarter tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp heaped
  • Coriander leaf chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2 – 3
  • Oil ½ cup

 

Method:

  1. Wash brain and remove veins.
  2. Heat oil fry onion golden.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste with all the dry spices, chopped tomatoes and yoghurt, fry well.
  4. Add mutton brain, cook for 10 min, mashing well, and lastly add kasori methi, coriander and green chilies.
