Ingredients:
- Mutton brain 4
- Onion 1 ½ cup chopped
- Tomatoes 3 chopped
- Yoghurt ½ cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Turmeric quarter tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Kasuri methi 1 tsp heaped
- Coriander leaf chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2 – 3
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- Wash brain and remove veins.
- Heat oil fry onion golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste with all the dry spices, chopped tomatoes and yoghurt, fry well.
- Add mutton brain, cook for 10 min, mashing well, and lastly add kasori methi, coriander and green chilies.
