Karahi Tikka By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Boneless beef or mutton Half kg
  • Raw papaya paste 1 ½ tsp
  • Yogurt half cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric quarter tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp heaped
  • Cumin roasted and crush 1 tsp
  • Tandori color a pinch
  • Oil quarter cup
  • Onion rings for serving
  • Tomatoes slices for serving
  • Coriander leave for garnishing
  • Green chilies for garnishing
  • Red chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sambal Olek 1 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Marinate boneless beef with all the given ingredients for 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a wok adds marinated beef cover and cook on low flame for 30 min or until tender.
  3. Give Dum of Coal serve garnished with onion rings tomatoes slices coriander and green chilies.
