Kashmiri Mutton Masala

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Onions 2
  • Finely Chopped Tomatoes 250 gms
  • Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chilies Paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Black Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Desiccated Powder 2tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Green Chilies , Coriander Leaves as required
  • Finely Chopped Almonds 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a clay pot,add onion paste.
  2. Now add ginger garlic, black cumin seeds,salt and mutton.
  3. Then fry and add water, tomatoes, kashmiri red chilies paste
  4. Add turmeric, desiccated powder and cook on low flames.
  5. When mutton are tenders and fry.
  6. In the end, sprinkles coriander leaves, green chilies and serve.
