Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Onions 2
- Finely Chopped Tomatoes 250 gms
- Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilies Paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Black Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Desiccated Powder 2tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Ghee 1 cup
- Green Chilies , Coriander Leaves as required
- Finely Chopped Almonds 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a clay pot,add onion paste.
- Now add ginger garlic, black cumin seeds,salt and mutton.
- Then fry and add water, tomatoes, kashmiri red chilies paste
- Add turmeric, desiccated powder and cook on low flames.
- When mutton are tenders and fry.
- In the end, sprinkles coriander leaves, green chilies and serve.
