Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2tbsp
- Rice ½ kg
- Ashrafi 1 cup
- Whole Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Pinus Gerardiana 2 tbsp
- Currants 2 tbsp
- Cashewnuts 2 tbsp
- Pineapple ½ cup
- Orange Juice ½ cup
- Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
- Black Pepper (chopped) 1tsp
- Ghee 4 tbsp
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil add chicken and fry.
- When they are change the color, add chopped black pepper, salt, whole garam masala, ginger garlic, water and fry.
- Now in stock add rice.
- When simmer come, add Pineapple, Cashewnuts, Orange Juice, Currants, Pinus Gerardiana, Coriander Leaves and let it simmer.
- Delicious Kashmiri Pulao is ready.
